We understand that life happens! To help us serve all our patients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your pet's appointment time to another furry friend in need. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may include a $65 per pet fee to help cover the reserved time.
